Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide boutique owners and fashion retailers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you encounter any issues, our team is ready to assist promptly.

🛍 Our Commitment

At Apperloth Wholesale, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction is always our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if you have concerns about your order, we will assist you as quickly as possible.

📦 1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • Email your request to service@apperloth.com.cn with your order number and reason.
  • Cancellations are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • No handling fees are charged for approved cancellations.

🛠 2. If You Receive a Defective or Incorrect Item

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Once confirmed (1–3 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or Apperloth balance.
  4. Defective items do not need to be returned.

🔄 3. Returns for Non-Quality Issues

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days after receipt.
  • Buyer is responsible for return & reshipping fees.
  • Items must be returned in original condition:
    • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
    • With original tags & packaging
    • Full sets must be returned together
  • Items marked as non-returnable or complimentary items cannot be returned.

🚫 4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Swimwear / lingerie with removed hygiene seal
  • Clearance items, custom items, or gifts

💰 5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
  • Refund method:
    • Original payment method
    • Apperloth balance account
  • Credit/debit card refunds may require an additional 3–7 days.
  • Shipping & insurance fees are non-refundable.

📍 6. Return Address & Important Notes

  • Do NOT return goods to the package sender address.
  • Please contact our sales team for the correct warehouse return address.
  • We are not responsible for non-Apperloth items included in return packages.

📦 7. Lost / Missing / Wrong Items

  • Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Please attach unboxing photos or videos as evidence.
  • If confirmed, refund will be arranged without requiring a return.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days.
