APPELROTH provides wholesale and dropshipping services to business customers only (including boutiques, online stores and other resellers). By registering and placing orders, you confirm that you are purchasing for commercial resale and not for personal consumer use.

3. Orders & Our Right of Refusal

APPELROTH may accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to stock availability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems or suspected misuse of the site. An order is considered accepted only when we confirm it and/or dispatch the goods.

All prices shown on the site are exclusive of shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes or other charges unless clearly stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees in your destination country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the case of obvious pricing errors, we may correct the price and contact you before processing or may cancel the order.
5. Payment
Orders must be fully paid and successfully authorized before we process and ship them. We may cancel or suspend any order if payment fails, is reversed or is suspected to be fraudulent. Payment methods available are displayed on this website.
6. Shipping & Warehouses
Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses, including our U.S. warehouse (dropshipping program with no MOQ) and our China warehouse (wholesale orders with MOQ). Estimated processing and delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, weather or other factors beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, confirmed orders are generally final sale. Only defective, damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color or measurements may occur due to photography, screen settings or manufacturing tolerances. Such differences do not constitute product defects.
