1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged items caused during transit

To process a return request, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Once verified, refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued without requiring a return. Our team will process the case within 1–3 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Non-quality related reasons requested after 3 days of receipt
  • Swimwear, lingerie, or close-fitting items with opened hygiene seals
  • Gift items or complimentary items

3. Refund / Compensation Method
Once a claim is approved, we will provide one of the following options:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Refund to your Apperloth balance account
  • No-return refund for verified defective items

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation. Credit/debit card refunds may require an additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Q: Who covers return shipping costs?

For non-quality issues or buyer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and any reshipment fees.
